Mgr. Daniel Kletenský

Daniel has been active in advocacy since his studies at the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno and has been cooperating with LAW GROUP as an associate since its establishment. He also gained experience in internships at the Bailiff's Office and at the Municipal Court in Brno. He is fluent in English and represents also foreign clients.

Daniel specializes primarily in commercial and civil law, in particular in preparation and revision of contractual documentation, including preparation of complex contractual systems, preparation of all documents for corporate changes in companies etc. Daniel further focuses on construction and real estate law in connection with the preparation and realization of development projects. He also deals with labour law, both from the employee’s and employer’s perspective. Within his specialization, Daniel represents clients in all types of court and administrative proceedings.
